Mini Grant Opportunity
Early Childhood Center Supplies and Material
Lakeshore Learning and SCAEYC invite Early Childhood practitioners to submit a mini grant for early childhood center supplies and materials. Lakeshore Learning has supplied the resources for each center. Grant recipients will be awarded supplies and materials for a specific learning/interest center.
How To Apply:
1. Cover Page must contain:
Full Name
Address

Phone / Fax
School / Center
District / Place of Employment
Age Level - (toddlers, threes, fours, fives, combination)
2. Select a learning/interest center from the choices listed below.
Learning/Interest Center:
Math
Manipulatives/Toys and Games
Dramatic Play
Science
Sand and Water
Music/Listening
Art
Blocks
Library
3. Essay
Describe in five hundred words or less, double spaced, 12 font, how the South Carolina Early Learning Standards will be taught and assessed through the selected Learning/Interest Center. Describe the importance of the learning/interest area to quality early childhood instruction. No more than two centers/interest areas may be selected.
